Get your credentials
Get your SIP username and password from Conquest Bot. These are your personal login for the dialer — keep them safe.

Log in & upload leads
Enter your credentials below to open the dialer. Then upload your CSV lead file — names, banks, addresses, and phone numbers load automatically.

Press Start Dialing and the system calls each lead back to back. You talk, it tracks. Pause, skip, or mute anytime.

Your SIP credentials come from Conquest Bot. If you don't have them yet, reach out to your team lead or account manager to get your personal login assigned.
The dialer reads the standard lead export format. Each row should have:
  • Column 4: Full name
  • Column 5–6: City & State
  • Column 13: Address
  • Column 11: Phone numbers (pipe-separated)
If your file came from the lead database, it's already in the right format — just upload it.
Open the dialer in Chrome on your phone. Go to the Queue panel and tap the "CSV" upload button. Your phone's file picker will open — navigate to where you saved the file (Downloads, Files, Google Drive, etc.) and select it. Make sure you're using Chrome for best results.
This usually means the number isn't reachable or the carrier rejected the call. The dialer will mark it as done and move to the next number automatically. Check your Settings tab to confirm your SIP credentials are correct and you're connected (green dot).
Yes. While dialing, tap the Pause button. The current call will finish and the dialer will hold before the next one. Press Pause again (or Resume) to continue. Press Stop to end the session completely.
Go to the Dialer tab and use the "Between calls" slider at the bottom. Default is 15 seconds. You can set it anywhere from 1 second to 60 seconds. A small random variation is added automatically to keep the call pattern natural.
Use Chrome on both iPhone and Android for the best experience. Safari has some limitations with SIP/WebRTC audio that can cause issues. If you're on iPhone, open Chrome and visit the dialer link there.
Only if you choose. By default your SIP username and password are held for the current session and cleared when you close the tab. If you tick "Keep me logged in on this device," they're saved on that device only so you can skip logging in next time — don't tick it on a shared phone or computer.
